The Get-Passwork-Details function collects configuration files and component log files.
If errors occur, you should collect debugging information to send to support. Open PowerShell as "Administrator":
Start collecting debugging information:
Archives with debugging information will be created in the working directory of the user shell. The archive name includes the time of its creation:
- config_files_xxxx-xx-xx.zip
- log_files_xxxx-xx-xx.zip
