Open a web browser where Passwork is installed and follow the link to get PHP8.2:
Please note that the archive includes the PHPx64 version
Extract the contents into C:\Program Files\ and replace the files:

Go to Server Manager → Tools → Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager:

Expand the Passwork website list and open PHP Manager:

Click Register a new version of PHP and specify the path — C:\Program Files\php8.2\php-cgi.exe:

Scroll down and open Enable or disable an extension. Activate the extensions shown in the screenshot:

If HTTPS connection to Passwork is used, you need to change the configuration file at C:\Program Files\php8.2\php.ini, namely the line — ;session.cookie_secure = → session.cookie_secure = 1:
Restart the Passwork website and check its operation by connecting:
