If Passwork opens, then also take a screenshot of the page with the developer console open.

4. Screenshot of /check.php page
Create an empty debug.ini file
Shell
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\debug.ini
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\debug.ini
﻿
Then open the page in the browser
﻿http://your-passwork/check.php﻿
and take a screenshot.
Don't forget to delete this file after taking the screenshot.
