Update Passwork on Windows Server
Passwork Setup adds an item called Update Passwork to the Start menu. This lets you update Passwork to the latest version.
💡 If you don’t have the ‘Update Passwork’ item, first install Passwork Setup

The update dialog offers two options:
Update online with a certificate number (recommended). Your license version will show you what’s available, and Passwork Setup will download and install it automatically.

Update from an ZIP archive file (download from the customer portal) without internet

There is also an option to make a backup before upgrading. In C:\inetpub\wwwroot\backups there will be a directory named day_month_year-hour-minute_version containing the passwork archive with the current program files and the pwbox directory which is a backup of the database files.
